The estimator was brilliant, no hard sell, he listened to what I wanted and offered advice, wasn’t pushy at all. Gave me a very reasonable quote straight away, none of this haggling for 3 hours stuff! Survey and fitting followed without any fuss, everybody has been so friendly and professional, left everywhere tidy, hoovered up after themselves. We would like to thank you all so much for the excellent service you gave us in replacing our front door porch and side panels plus two windows. We never expected it to be done until nearer Christmas as agreed but it was a really pleasant surprise to receive a phone call last Friday to say they could be fitted Tuesday. We must praise Lee who did an excellent job and is a very friendly and helpful fitter and left our bungalow as clean as when he started. It all went so very smoothly. Our fitter went out of his way to ensure that he made no mess in the house. We were expecting to do some painting /decorating around the windows after the re-fit but the job was so neat that we only have a little painting to do for the bay window. (There was nothing that could have been done to fit the bay window without disturbing some paint.) Thank you.

Wayne was really 1st class. It was quite a tricky little window, he explained it all to me and he made it look really quite something. He was polite and helpful, and took pride in his work. I have more work needed later and hope that he can do this!

Very pleased with the installation. We had a couple of issues i.e window board, lock on kitchen window not working, but everything was sorted out very quickly. The fitters were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them – they are a great team.
